Journey on building blocks for LEV ecosystem
1982
ExtraEnergy was founded by Hannes Neupert, who tested 30,000+ pedelecs and preserves 2,500+ in his museum.
2002
Batso was founded to deeply understand and test lithium-ion battery packs. The Batso team’s extensive testing and insights later shaped today’s EN50604-1 safety standards.
2007
EnergyBus was founded to create a universal charging standard for light electric vehicles. Through extensive real world testing, the EnergyBus connector became an IEC approved solution and is now mandated across the EU under IEC 62196-4-II.

The IEC 62196-4 solution was displayed at Frankfurt Eurobike to Transport Minister
2017
Prathyush starts working on Pedelec standardization activities with Hannes Neupert.
