8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for users under 17 years of age. If you are under 17, you are not permitted to use this Application. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a child under 17 has provided us with personal information, please contact support@ezpedal.in so we can remove such information promptly.

Note: The Application also references that it does not knowingly solicit or market to children under 13. Because our minimum age is 17, we will not collect data from anyone under 17.

We take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of the information we process and maintain. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
